'Anywhere In Leeds' logo experimentation
With the aim to rebrand Leeds as a friendly, welcoming and diverse place, the owls and stars have been replaced because they're not relevant to the city. The fleece has also been taken out because Leeds is not famous for wool anymore.
The new coat of arms maintains the azure background, meaning steadfastness, strength & loyalty. The tea pot is a symbol for hospitality & welcoming. The different cups above represent the diversity in the city. The ivy leaves that frame the coat of arms are heraldic symbols for strong friendship, for which Loiners (and northeners in general) are famous for.
