    Thank you for your email below. I am afraid that nobody in the Civic Hall seems to know why they are there! I have asked our Sergeant-at-Mace who conducts our official tours of the building and even he doesnâ??t know. However, if I do find out I will let know. Sorry I cannot be of any further assistance.
